Every match comes with a grade and an explanation you can read in a minute: the work the posting describes, where your record lines up, what is missing, and details in the posting worth checking before you spend time on it. Here is an example.

Under the explanation, the match shows what placed the role where it did, and two ways to answer it: save it for later, or mark it as not interested. A role you mark not interested does not come back.

A-Strongest Matches

Strongest alignment: From the posting: run a 60-person operation, plan weekly labor, and be accountable for inventory loss. From your resume: you led a team of that size with the same duties, in retail rather than distribution.
Potential gaps: The posting names warehouse management software that is not on your resume yet. The grade reflects what is missing and details are in the explanation, so you know what to speak to before you apply.
Details to verify: The posting mentions weekend coverage during busy seasons without saying how often. We recommend you check on that before spending time on the role.

Searching by title misses jobs that fit your experience

Title and keyword searches work best when you already know what to search for. Employers often use different titles for similar responsibilities, especially across industries. A title search may therefore miss suitable jobs that use terms you did not enter.

RoleRadius compares the responsibilities in each posting with your work history. This can identify jobs with unfamiliar titles that require experience you already have.
