Privacy Policy

Verasor Technologies, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates RoleRadius and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the RoleRadius website and application and our related online and social media pages (the "Service"). It applies to everyone, including visitors who browse the website without creating an account as well as registered and subscribed users. By using the Service (including accessing the website or any of our social media pages), you consent to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When your account is created and as you use the Service, you provide personal information, including your name, email address, and password. To use the Service you provide your resume and employment history, your job-search preferences and criteria, the applications and notes you choose to track, and any other content you enter. If a paid subscription is offered and you purchase one, payment card details are collected and processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card, bank account, or other payment-account numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we and our service providers collect information by automated means, which may include your IP address, device and browser characteristics, pages viewed and actions taken, and dates and times of use, along with server log data. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in; if you block it, the Service may not function.

Analytics. We may use analytics providers to understand and improve how the Service is used.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and provide the Service, maintain your account, provide support, secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse, communicate with you about your account, send you information or offers about the Service, and analyze and improve what we offer.

Third-party providers

To deliver the Service, some of your information is processed by third-party providers:

  • Your resume text and the job postings you act on are sent to a third-party artificial-intelligence provider to generate your job match assessments and tailored documents. This is used only to produce your results.
  • Job listings are obtained from a third-party job-data provider.
  • The Service runs on third-party cloud hosting, and if a paid subscription is offered, a third-party payment processor handles billing.

Advertising and marketing

We may market and advertise the Service to you and to visitors through any medium, including email, on-site messages, and third-party advertising channels, and we may use advertising partners to show you our ads on other websites and services. If we display third-party advertisements, those partners may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver ads, and their practices are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.

Information sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers, as described above, to operate the Service.
  • At your direction or with your consent.
  • For legal reasons, where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or a legal request, to protect the safety of any person, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect our rights or property.
  • Business transfers, if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Data retention, access, and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You are always in control of your data:

  • Download your data. You can export a copy of your account data at any time from Settings, under Your data.
  • Delete your account and all data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, under Your data, or by requesting deletion through our contact page. When you do, we delete your data from the live system promptly. Copies that exist in routine, secured backups age out on their normal retention schedule and are not used for any other purpose.

If you have a paid subscription, deleting your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund; the Terms of Service govern billing and refunds, including the free trial a new subscription starts with.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including encryption of information in transit, hashed passwords, and access restrictions limiting personal information to those who need it to operate the Service. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not store your full payment card or bank details.

Your choices

You may review and update your account information, and manage or delete your data, from Settings. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

California residents

We do not sell your personal information. If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of your personal information using the tools in Settings or by contacting us.

Minors

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it and close any associated account.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted in the Service and governs our use of information. Your continued use after a revised Policy is posted constitutes acceptance.
