Potential gaps: The posting names warehouse management software that is not on your resume yet. The grade reflects what is missing and details are in the explanation, so you know what to speak to before you apply.
Details to verify: The posting mentions weekend coverage during busy seasons without saying how often. We recommend you check on that before spending time on the role.

The amount shown is billed after the trial period. Your membership renews at the end of each term for your convenience. How RoleRadius differs from a job board

Traditional job boards commonly earn money from employers paying to sponsor job postings so they appear higher in the search results, even if those jobs are not suitable for you. We don't allow employers to influence the jobs you see. No employer pays us anything.

Every posting that reaches your list was compared against your own work history and the requirements you set, such as minimum salary and whether you want remote, hybrid, or on-site work, instead of the usual approach of searching by job title. Each match provides an explanation for the recommendation we made. This helps you decide if a given job is worth your time to apply.

The search runs every day automatically, and new matches appear in both your Radius Inbox and in your email. You choose daily or weekly.

Reviewing and judging every posting still takes time, so we work to keep your list focused and short. That is the point of it: to save you time and help you focus on the job postings with higher potential.

Questions people ask before joining

Can my current employer tell that I am looking?: Not from RoleRadius. Your resume, your criteria, your matches, and your applications sit in your own account and are only visible to you. Employers and recruiters cannot browse members or search resumes here. Employers receive only what you send them.
What decisions do I control?: You set your minimum salary, your type of work (remote, hybrid, or on-site), and deal-breakers, which are words that keep a job out of your results. You choose which roles to pursue, and you submit each application yourself.
How does a tailored resume work?: RoleRadius uses AI to build a draft from the information in your resume and profile: the tailoring re-emphasizes, reorders, and rephrases what is already there. An automated check then compares every line with your resume and profile and flags any line with no supporting source found. The check can miss errors, so review the entire tailored resume and correct anything inaccurate before submitting it with an application. RoleRadius does the majority of the work for you.
How do I sign up?: Select your plan above and follow the process to subscribe. You will receive a welcome email and immediate access to the platform. Upon your first sign-in you will see the Welcome screen, where you complete your profile by uploading your resume, then setting your minimum salary, your type of work, and any deal-breakers that keep certain jobs out of your results.
Will this get me a job?: RoleRadius provides you with daily automated searches, an explanation for each job match, and the Tracker to follow every application you send. RoleRadius exists to help improve your chances of finding jobs you can be successful in, but we cannot promise you will get a job. That is up to the employer, based on many criteria as well as the qualifications of other applicants and their business needs.
